Like the previous poster said, i had 20% all around on my last car and it was too dark at night and during heavy rain. That being said, most states also allow up to 50% darkness, but for most people it’s hard to figure out. 15% for the side and rear windows, 60% for the front windshield.

The next option would be 20% back and 35% front but i don't think it is dark enough. 15% is a little darker than 20%.
